Sattes Rubinrot, violette Reflexe. Reiffruchtige, sehr offene Nase nach Brombeeren und schwarzen Kirschen, Veilchen, Korinthen und etwas Zimtwürze, schliesslich auch etwas dunkle Schokolade. Am Gaumen sehr intensiv und dicht, die Aromen der Nase bestätigen sich, nun auch einige mediterrane Kräuter und Backpflaumen: reife Gerbstoffe und viel Schmelz im anhaltenden Finale.
