Mittelgelb, grünliche Nuancen. Eine sommerlich duftende Nase nach Zitronenminze, weissen Blüten und Gravensteiner, auch etwas weisser Pfeffer. Fülliger, sehr fruchtbetonter Gaumen nach Mirabellen und Agrumen, unterlegt von einer dezenten Fruchtsüsse, sehr saftig und ausdrucksstark: brillantes, anhaltendes Finale.
