Valle Maggia pepper is produced by a small family business in the Maggia Valley (Bignasco), which skillfully combines the peppercorns with local ingredients such as white wine, schnapps and whiskey from Ticino. The recipe is deliberately kept secret to this day. The pepper blend from the Maggia Valley even makes gourmets go into raptures!
Pepe Valle Maggia gives all dishes that certain something extra. Its spicy note goes particularly well with stir-fries, fish, pasta, rice, vegetables, salad, cheese and ricotta. Please note that the pepper should only be added to the dish after cooking, otherwise it will be very hot. Once opened, please store in the fridge (shelf life up to 12 months). Contents 170g
The fine-grained Sel des Alpes without iodine and fluorine proudly bears the colors of its place of origin, the salt mine of Bex. The linen bag, a reference to several hundred years of history, is a tribute to the old salt sacks that were sold by the salt works until the middle of the last century.
