At the Hopfentropfen farm in the Stammheim valley, everything revolves around hops and malt. The Reutimann family cultivates their farm with a lot of love and not only produces hop drinks, but also delicacies.
Conjure up a meal with these ingredients:
400g hop pasta: made from local durum wheat and free-range eggs, finely seasoned with hops
50cl hop balsamic vinegar: full-bodied fresh taste, copper-gold in color, a dream for any dressing
90g spicy hop mustard: spicy with a kick, great for marinating and with meat
95g hop pesto: made from the finest hop shoots and fresh hop leaves, malt, herbs and rapeseed oil
150g hop salt: spicy sea salt with hops, peperoncini and herbs
33cl Stammer Pale Ale 5.2% Vol. : light, fruity summer beer 4.7% Alc., (Cascade hop variety)
